Coaching Sessions

In every coaching session, the client decides on the topic of the session and I guide them through powerful questions, setting goals, and creating an actionable plan to support them in achieving their desired outcomes. Coaching involves a collaborative partnership between the client and the coach, where the coach provides guidance, accountability, and support towards their goals while the client takes ownership of their development journey.

Coaching sessions are held in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space and all discussions are kept strictly confidential.

Coaching sessions may be held in-person (Hong Kong) or online via Zoom.

  • What you would like to get out of coaching.

  • Your situation and what challenges and goals you would like to work on.

  • Clarify what coaching is and isn’t.

  • Exchange on mutual expectations and roles for you, the client, and me, the coach.

  • Review the coaching process and practical modalities (number of sessions, frequency, location, pricing etc).
